4. Pricing and Payment

9. Limitation of Liability

Errors due to inaccurate information provided by the Client
Indirect or consequential damages
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. In such cases:
The Client pays for all work completed up to termination
No refunds for completed work
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
